COVID-19!

I think New Zealand made one of the worst choices to go into lockdown! Here are some reasons and facts about this!

My first reason that we should not have gone into lockdown is that beating COVID-19 takes more than three or four people. One or two families making ways to beat this horrific mistake is hard, so we needed more than hundreds of families to create ways to beat it!

My second reason is this lockdown has hurt people! Harsh words like “what do you want!?” “stand back!” and “you shouldn't be here! Go home!” come out so imagine how they would talk if lockdown didn't come around!

My very last reason is that COVID-19 is just as bad as old age or cancer! If these illnesses traveled like COVID, it's just the same!

Conclusion! Lockdown wasn't the best idea...

Strange Plant

One morning I woke up and noticed that there was a light coming through my window. Instead of green leaves on the trees outside, I saw miles and miles of sand and strange-looking buildings. I ran downstairs ¨hurry and get ready¨ my mom said. ¨The landspeeder is being repaired, so you're going to have to walk to school!¨ I realized i was not on planet Earth anymore! As I grabbed my bag and took my breakfast I ran out the door, dropped my bag behind me, and looked around to see what was going on. Many people were happy as if nothing was happening, then I thought...they were brainwashed. All of a sudden a man in a black suit walked through the town and everyone was scared. All the people ran into their houses and looked out the window. I ran behind my house and I saw a family get taken away. I don't know what I was thinking but I walked slowly behind them hoping not to get caught. They led me to a deep pit with stairs leading down into the darkness. The woman screamed and stopped at the sight of seeing me, it caught the guards' attention and I ran into a cell. Seeing a man in the cell next to me. I found a piece of sharp stone and picked the lock. He yelled with joy and I ran knowing the guard would come from the sound. I saw a green short man standing in a cell next to me and I tried to help by picking the lock but I couldn't..then I was caught!

Making homemade paint is fairly simple. All you need is salt, water, flour, and food coloring. First, you will need a full cup of salt. Pour it into a bowl or pot. Next, you will need another full cup of flour. (make sure to get all the lumps) After that, you will need a cup of water. Mix nicely and while you mix slowly add drops of food coloring. And there you have it! homemade paint! (after a few days it will get watery if you do not shake)
